Deploy: databases unreachable, deploys failing

- Deploy
Resolved18/10/2026, 01:24
Resolved. All three database nodes are in sync again; deploys and databases work normally. Duration: about 3 ½ hours.
Deploy now has its own row on this page and is checked every minute, so an outage like this shows up here right away.
Monitoring18/10/2026, 01:15
The database cluster has been restarted, your databases are reachable again. No data was lost: all three database nodes were at the same position. The other two nodes are syncing now.
Cause identified18/10/2026, 00:58
Cause found: the host running one of the Deploy servers ran out of memory, and the system stopped that server.
The server is running again and the host has an additional memory buffer. Deploys now also go through when one of the three servers is missing.
Investigating17/10/2026, 21:53
Since 21:53 one of the three CitexNode Deploy servers has been down. As a result the Deploy database cluster lost its majority.
What this means for you:
- Databases you created with Deploy are unreachable.
- New deploys of projects with two instances fail.
- Your websites and apps keep running on the other two servers.
